What fees are involved in consigning my car?
The consignment fee is $200.00, this fee reserves your spot in the auction.
What is the commission rate?
Our commission rate is 10%.
What if my car doesn’t sell at the auction?
We have a fully manned post-sale lot for any “no-sales” from the block, as well as an online “re-run” at the end for free, so there will be three opportunities to sell the vehicle.
How are lot numbers assigned?
Lot numbers are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
What do I bring to check in my consigned vehicle?
Auction Company must have the Vehicle’s title and consignment agreement at the time of check-in. Title exceptions may be considered on an individual basis at the Auction Company’s sole subjective discretion. Lost title applications or titles-in-transit must be cleared with Auction Company in advance and may or may not be accepted. Vehicle Identification Number or serial number must match the title. All vehicles must be able to be legally titled.
Do I have to drive my car on auction day?
Consignor is responsible for driving their Vehicle through the auction system. If you would like us to drive the Vehicle through, please notify us at the time of vehicle check-in. If we drive your vehicle, we are not responsible for any damage or accident that may occur to your vehicle. Further details can be found on our Consignment Agreement.
Can Consignors Bid at the auction?
All consignors are eligible to be a bidder. Consignor agrees to, and is fully aware that, all purchases are "AS IS" with no warranty stated or implied whatsoever. Further details can be found on our Consignment Agreement.
What happens after I submit the form to register as a consignor?
We will reach out to you as soon as we are able to discuss the details and documents we will require, as well as payment of the Consignment Fee. The sooner the fee is paid, the sooner your spot in the auction will be reserved and you will be assigned a lot number. Also, the sooner we have photos of your vehicle, the sooner we can include it in our advertising and promotional materials.
