Lot Listing #583 1992 Ford Aerostar Armored Van
1992 Aerostar 3.0 V6, Automatic transmission, A/C, 150k miles, Armored cab vehicle. This is a very unique vehicle that had been originally used for money pickups. It has Bullet Proof glass side windows and windshield, a Kevlar reinforced cab and remote opening rear doors. It has been in private ownership for the last 20 years. This van had gotten great fuel economy and the a/c blew ice cold. It has not been used for several years and upon recommissioning it, it received a new fuel pump. It starts and runs well. The left front brake caliper was noted to be dragging and it is being sold as is. It runs and moves, but will need some tlc to be highway ready. A great opportunity to purchase a unique vehicle with many uses.
