Lot Listing #521 1955 Ford Fairlane

$0.00

1955 Ford Fairlane Club Sedan

VIN: U5RT115336

This car is the rare Club Sedan and is rust free with all stock chrome and badges. The interior is beautifully restored.

It has a 390 FE Motor with a new starter, alternator, rebuilt carburetor, new fuel tank and fuel lines. As well as new radial TA’s.

Take it out for a nice Sunday drive and fun weekend cruise. It won’t disappoint. It just recently drove from Portland to Seattle with no issues. Just floated right up I5. People were waving thumbs-up the whole drive. Excellent example to get in and drive. Could be improved or just enjoyed. “Driver” quality at project price.

The American Ford line of cars gained a new body for 1955 to keep up with surging Chevrolet and Plymouth (automobile), although it remained like the 1952 Ford underneath. They also featured panoramic windshields. With this panoramic windshield the A-pillars have a vertical angle. This gives the driver more panoramic visibility.
