Lot Listing #503 1964 BSA Chopper

$0.00

This bike has not been seen in many years, but is an original vintage chopper built in the digger style. It shows to be 1964 A500 Lightning frame with a later A650 Lightning engine. It was rebuilt in the 90’s by a local British bike guru. At this time the engine was rebuilt and the bike sported a bare metal clear coated frame and tank. It was sold in the mid 2000’s and the next owner stripped it down, had the frame copper and black powder coated and added an electric ignition. It currently has the electric ignition removed and all of the points ignition parts to put it back together. The bike is a real beauty, but currently does not run. It has been in my collection for quite some time and I am looking to find it a home in a good British collection or with a true British enthusiast. This is a rare bike and is going nowhere but up in value. The last photo shows what it originally looked like.
